The Depot Music and Arts Trust (TDAAMS) is dedicated to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of information entrusted to it. As part of this fundamental obligation, TDAAMS is committed to the appropriate protection and use of personal information (sometimes referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “PII”) that has been collected online.
We collect only the personal information that is provided voluntarily by visitors to Revolution Creative so members can effectively connect with each other. This information is then made publicly viewable for all logged in members.

1. Collection and use of personal information
We obtain personal information about you if you choose to provide it – for example, to contact us or to register to use the Revolution Creative platform. By registering to use Revolution Creative, you are also agreeing to the use of this information in accordance with this Privacy Statement. Your personal information is not used for other purposes, unless we obtain your permission, or unless otherwise required or permitted by law. For example, if you send us an email message to enquire about Revolution Create, we will use your email address and other information you supply to respond to your request.
Or, if a Creative Seeker wishes to contact a Creative, they will be able to view their email or phone number (depending on which form of contact the user has made their default). Likewise if a Creative wishes to contact another Creative, their information will be visible.
We only collect the personal information necessary for registration. Where additional, optional information is sought, you will be notified of this at the point of collection.
Automatic collection of personal information
An IP address is a number assigned to your computer whenever you access the Internet. It allows computers to recognise and communicate with one another. IP addresses from which visitors appear to originate may be recorded for IT security and system diagnostic purposes. This information may also be used in aggregate form to conduct website trend and performance analysis.
Cookies may be placed on your computer or Internet-enabled device whenever you visit Revolution Creative. This allows the site to remember your computer or device and serves a number of purposes.
Although most browsers automatically accept cookies, you can choose whether or not to accept cookies via your browser’s settings (often found in your browser’s Tools or Preferences menu). You may also delete cookies from your device at any time.

|Ease of logging in||If you choose the “Keep me signed in” option when logging into Revolution Creative, a cookie will be placed on the computer used, in order to automatically log you into the website next time you visit.
This cookie stores the equivalent of your username and password on the computer used, and therefore you should be careful to which computers you use this option on.
Cookies by themselves do not tell us your email address or otherwise identify you personally. In our analytical reports, we may obtain other identifiers including IP addresses, but this is for the purpose of identifying the number of unique visitors to the website, and not to identify individual visitors.
By using Revolution Creative, you agree that we can place these cookies on your computer or Internet enabled device.

Sign In With Facebook
A “Sign In With Facebook” option is available within Revolution Creative to allow you to use your Facebook profile to register and log into the website. If you choose to use this option, we are provided with some information about you from your Facebook profile. The information collected is limited to:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Language preference.
- Profile picture.
You have the ability to revoke access to Revolution Creative via your Facebook account. This is achieved through logging into your Facebook account and using the options available.
Sign In With Google
A “Sign In With Google” option is available within Revolution Creative to allow you to use your Google account to register and log into the website. If you choose to use this option, we are provided with some information about you from your Google account. The information collected is limited to:

- Your email address.

You have the ability to revoke access to Revolution Creative via your Google account. This is achieved through logging into your Google account and using the options available.
The Depot Music and Arts Trust understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. Revolution Creative is not designed for or directed at people under the age of 18.
2. Sharing and transfer of PII
We do not share personal information with unaffiliated third parties, except as necessary to deliver Revolution Creative, to carry out your requests, and/or as required or permitted by law.
We employ third-party companies and individuals to administer and deliver Revolution Creative on our behalf (such as administration, hosting, email delivery and database management services). These third parties may only use your information as directed by the Depot Music and Arts Trust and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Statement, and are prohibited from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose. These companies are: Iceberg and Mantis Digital.
No PII will be shared with The Ministry of Social Development other than non-id aggregate data for reporting purposes.
We may also disclose PII in connection with the sale, assignment, or other transfer of the business of the site to which the data relates, in order to respond to requests of government or law enforcement agencies or where this is required by applicable
laws, court orders or government regulations. These disclosures may also be needed for data privacy or security audits and/or to investigate or respond to a complaint or security threat. We do not sell PII to any third parties. Also, we will not transfer the PII you provide to any third parties for their own direct marketing use.
In general, you are not required to submit any PII to Revolution Creative, except where necessary to sign up to and log into the platform. You may also be asked for your permission for certain uses of your PII, and you can agree to or decline those
uses. If you opt-in for particular services or communications, such as an e-newsletter, you will be able to unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in each communication. If you decide to unsubscribe from a service or communication, we will try to remove your information promptly, although we may require additional information before we can process your request.
If you have submitted personal information as part of using Revolution Creative, you have the right to reasonable access to that data to correct any inaccuracies. You can change or update any of your information by logging in to Revolution Creative.
5. Data security and integrity
The Depot Music and Arts Trust has reasonable security policies and procedures in place to protect personal information from unauthorised loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Despite the Depot Music and Arts Trust’s best efforts, however, security
cannot be absolutely guaranteed against all threats. To the best of our ability, access to your personal information is limited to those who have a need to know. Those individuals who have access to the data are required to maintain the confidentiality of
such information. We also make reasonable efforts to retain personal information only for so long as the information is necessary to comply with an individual’s registration or until that person asks that the information be deleted.
